Center for Rural Development in Central Vietnam (CRD) in partnership with World Vision Vietnam ( WVV) has secured to implement a three years project  on “Associated agriculture for long-term income stabilization of ethnic minorities and equal integration in community development in Vietnam ”. The project has the overall objective that  black pig-breeding households from ethnic minorities in the mountainous areas of Central Vietnam have improved their livelihoods and are equally integrated into community development. The project focuses on 600 poor and near-poor black pig-breeding households from 5 of the most vulnerable communes in Nam Giang District. They will directly benefit from the project through enhanced agricultural and husbandry skills, improved livelihood and better income. To achieve this, CRD is seeking for a qualified consultant team to conduct three surveys on:

  • Baseline survey of the project “Associated agriculture for long-term income stabilization of ethnic minorities and equal integration in community development in Vietnam”;
  • Assessing the black pig market and value chains in Nam Giang District
  • Conducting field survey and developing a technical process of specialty back piglet production
