In particular, the fair had the participation of 02 booths of Ca Dy Cooperative and the cooperative groups of 5 project communes with the main products are the fresh black pork and smoked pork, which are the products that are directly supported by the project “Associated agriculture for long-term income stabilization of ethnic minorities and equal integration in community development in Vietnam”.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Nguyen Dang Chuong – Vice Chairman of Nam Giang District People’s Committee also shared that many indigenous products of Nam Giang have affirmed their position and are positively received by the market. However, for small-scale production, there is no strict process and no good connection with the market and the promotion and introduction of products is still limited. Mr. Chuong hopes that the fair will help the locality promote typical agricultural products of the district to many consumers in the country, and at the same time create a space to exchange knowledge and create a habit of wholesale experience for mountainous communities.
