From the 4th to the 8th of November, the project “Associated agriculture for long-term income stabilization of ethnic minorities and equal integration in community development in Vietnam” held 07 training courses on business plan for farmers in Cà Dy, Tà Bhing communes and Thạnh Mỹ town, Nam Giang district, Quảng Nam province. The Center for Rural Development in Central Vietnam, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University chaired the training.

There were a total of 160 people participating in the training courses. They are local staff, core farmers of 14 feeding groups and people who would like to start business in Cà Dy, Tà Bhing communes and Thạnh Mỹ town.

At the training courses, reporters, technical consultants and CRD staff provided trainees knowledge and skills about business planning on local black pigs. After the training, several trainees registered to take part in business cooperation group for production and sale of black pig products.
The other 3 training courses including 02 in Chà Vàl and 01 in Tà Pơơ are expectedly organized in late November. This activity has followed the ToT training on business plan.
